Selling a home can be even more stressful. There’s always that temptation to “do it yourself” and put more money in your pocket. However, statistics show that most individuals who attempt to market their own home eventually end up turning the job over to a real estate agent. Of course, choosing a real estate agent in itself can be stressful. You may have a number of friends who are agents and maybe even a relative…all those different personalities…how to choose! (?) I’m pleased you came to my website. I hope it is a reflection of my personality and professionalism. Please take a few minutes to look around and then, let’s talk.

Lake Charlevoix is a gem and was voted the second best lake in the US in a 2012 USA Today poll. With 60 miles of shoreline, more than 17,000 acres and depths over 120 feet, she’s a big-time lake, set apart from the rest with easy, direct boat-access to Lake Michigan and the world.
Having several towns on Lake Michigan within 30 miles of Charlevoix can take “going out for lunch” to a whole new level, if the weather cooperates. If not, take advantage of the three on the protected shores of Lake Charlevoix itself. Whatever your pleasure may be, toes in the sand, fishing, sailing, boating, or just time with family and friends, Lake Charlevoix caters to all of them. Oh, and water so clear that you can see bottom in over 20 feet. You’ll love Lake Charlevoix!!
Walloon Lake is Lake Charlevoix’s pretty little sister. This enclosed lake is a bit quieter than Lake Charlevoix, but just as majestic in her own right. Walloon has 37 miles of mostly sandy shoreline and over 4000 acres. The lake was formed by glaciers, is spring fed, and is a true gem of the Up-North landscape.
The tightly knit community of Walloon Lake waterfront owners adds to the allure of ownership. Once there you will see why. The numerous protected bays provide great places to waterski or just hang out, the fishing is exceptional, and the water quality is excellent. Is Walloon Lake right for you?
